Kevin Durant has begun contract negotiations with the Turkish team Besiktas, according to his agent Aaron Goodwin.
"The Turkish option is very intriguing," Goodwin said. "We're looking at other countries as well. Kevin hasn't agreed to play anywhere yet, but we're looking for the best fit." Goodwin adds that Jamal Crawford has also received offers from Turkish clubs as well, and also states that Durant is not considering China at this time. It's clear that Besiktas is looking to land another big fish to pair alongside Deron Williams.
Earl Clark has signed a one-year contract to play for the Zhejiang Lions of the Chinese Basketball Association.
Clark's deal will not include an opt-out clause to return to the NBA. Because he was an unrestricted free agent, Clark did not need a letter of clearance from FIBA in order to head overseas. This is the same team that reportedly offered Dirk Nowitzki $1.5 million monthly to play for them. While Clark isn't exactly an All-Star signing for the club, he did show that he was a capable role player after being dealt to the Magic in the middle of last season.

Não sei orque vcs ficam falando "fuuu", pelo menos em relação a esses grandes nomes...é óbvio que quando a NBA voltar, esses caras vão voltar também.

Jogadores mais relevantes que assinaram sem opt out foram Ilyasova e Krstic (ambos por sinal por mais de um temporada). Depois disso provavelmente são Sasha e Weems. E o GM do time que tem ele, o Decoo, suspenso por 720 dias por permitir (e quiçá, incentive) que seu jogador cometa uma viadice dessas.

Isto nã é nada, Chase Budinger esta considerando jogar volei profissionalmente se lockout se arrastar.

It's believed the 23-year-old's contract contains a clause that will allow him to return to the United States should the lockout end before the end of the NBL season.
Mills is currently in Australia preparing for the Boomers do-or-die Olympic qualification series against arch-rivals New Zealand.
They will face the Tall Blacks in a three-game series with games in Melbourne (Sept 7), Brisbane (Sept 9) and Sydney (Sept 11).
Mills and the Tigers will open the 2011/12 NBL season against the Sydney Kings at Melbourne's State Netball Hockey Centre on Friday October 7.
