Calderon foi forte ano passado, mas qdo começa assim, sei nao ...
Wilson Chandler suffered a left hamstring injury on Wednesday and had to leave practice early.
The good news is that he's listed as day-to-day. He hasn't dealt with hamstring issues through his career, so this is an isolated incident for now. Although, Chandler has been injury prone for much of his career, so it's not something we're going to dismiss. The Nuggets are really going to need him with Danilo Gallinari recovering from ACL surgery and he was a player we were targeting in the later rounds of drafts. Stay tuned.
Jose Calderon pulled his hamstring and did not participate in Wednesday's practice.
He's dealt with a multitude of injuries through his career, but hamstring strains haven't been one of them. While he did play in 73 games last season, Calderon didn't play more than 68 games in any season since 2007-08. The 32-year-old guard has been terrific in assist-to-turnover ratio and will be a big part of Dallas' offense. We'll pass along any info as it becomes available.
Fiko nao fika de fora ... (gostaram do trocadilho, A PRAÇA É NOSSA?)
Danny Granger tweaked his back on Tuesday and did not participate in practice on Wednesday.
He suffered the injury on a screen play and the severity is not yet known. Granger took part in shooting drills and did some cardio work, so it's safe to say that it's not an injury. It's also good news that this has nothing to do with his surgically-repaired knee.
RIP Budinger
Brian Roberts sprained his ankle in Wednesday's practice.
He was held out of 5-on-5 scrimmages with the team. There's no word on the severity of the sprain, so we'll pass along any updates. Roberts enters the year as Jrue Holiday's backup, so with Jrue's durability and the Pelicans' second unit boasting some serious punch, it'll be tough to target Roberts in fantasy drafts.
Chase Budinger had roughly one-quarter of his lateral meniscus removed during Monday's surgery, and he remains without a recovery timetable.
This is a mildly encouraging update. Removing damaged parts of the meniscus may lead to arthritis earlier in life, but it also typically results in a faster recovery time for athletes. Given that Budinger's injury was to the same knee that required surgery last season, however, all bets are off. Until he's cleared to resume basketball activities, Corey Brewer and Derrick Williams will hold down the SF spot for the Wolves.
Nao lembro que pegou o menino acima, mas boa sorte!
Eric Gordon (ankle surgery) has been practicing but he's not expected to be able to play in an exhibition game for "about two weeks."
Gordon is being monitored as he progresses in his conditioning following offseason ankle surgery. "He’s ramping up, getting his conditioning back, since he just got his release from the doctors," Monty Williams said. "He’s moving toward the type of conditioning he needs to be in." Gordon looks to be ready just in time for the start of the season, but this is a timely reminder of his substantial injury risk. Anthony Morrow has been spending time at SG with the first unit in his absence.

Updating a previous item, LaMarcus Aldridge suffered a left quad strain in training camp. This is good news. Aldridge was originally diagnosed with a left hip strain, which has been a problem area for him. He had surgery on his left hip while at the University of Texas and has missed time throughout his career with hip issues. There were reports of him missing significant time, so he may have more than just a mild muscle pull. The team should provide some sort of prognosis in the coming days.

Steve Nash isn't concerned about his sore left ankle injury from Thursday night.
Coach Mike D'Antoni also said he's not worried about Nash's ankle, but he said "this will happen off and on the whole year" for Nash. The 39-year-old guard may have a tough time playing in 70 games this year, which subsequently could knock him out of being a top-15 point guard in fantasy leagues.
Brandan Wright suffered a small, non-displaced fracture of his left shoulder and is out indefinitely.
He's not expected to have surgery, but the fracture should cost him some time in the regular season. It's a tough break for Wright after a productive and eye-catching offseason. Samuel Dalembert will take on most of the minutes at center and the team may have to call upon DeJuan Blair more than anticipated.
Rodney Stuckey fractured his right thumb and will have surgery on Friday.
He will be out for a while with the injured and suffered it by getting it jammed in a car door. Stuckey had a shot to be the team's starting shooting guard, but he will likely miss a portion of the season. Chauncey Billups should be considered as the frontrunner to win the job, but Kentavious Caldwell-Pope also has a shot.
